You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, with original packaging and all accessories

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used earphones, headphones, and mobile accessories

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)

📦 How to Request a Return

  • Contact us within 7 days via WhatsApp or email

  • Share your order number and photo/video proof

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup or guide you for return

  • Refund or replacement will be processed after inspection

💰 Refunds

  • Processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds issued via original payment method or store credit

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless it's our mistake)

🔄 Exchanges

If you received the wrong color, model, or item— we’ll exchange it at no extra cost (subject to availability).
